MyCable offers 14 days guaranteed return for defective products upon delivery.
Once the proof of delivery has been signed, you may not return the item under Change of Mind.
You may only return the item if it is defective or damaged and wrong items had been delivered to you
If there is defects or wrong items received, kindly contact us within 24hours upon receipt and deliver back to us within 7 days.
Please take note that MyCable will not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Damaged parcels must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
Product(s) will be retained for testing and diagnosis before an exchange can be carried out.
All products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken (such as must not show wear or damaged box/packaging).
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.
For Bundled Items, all items in the bundle must be returned in order for the return to be processed.
Quality Evaluation Process
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition.
The quality evaluation process may take 2 to 4 business days once the item reaches our Warehouse.
The exchange process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product.
Upon completion of the quality evaluation, an exchange will be initiated and should be completed within the day.
